About UsLearnAbility™, based in Northamptonshire, was founded by managing director Pat Kyle in 2003. Pat has over 19 years experience of managing, creating and delivering web-based learning and assessment solutions for blue chip organisations nationally and internationally. She decided to set up LearnAbility™ to provide direct support to organisations that have made the decision to invest in e-learning or assessment as part of their workforce learning and development strategy. Pat’s wealth of experience and her in-depth understanding of e-learning effectiveness and deployment enable her to provide consultancy, support and training to ensure the delivery of successful programmes – whether they are developed in-house, or externally as a custom solution.
